When we met the team at Interactio they were a startup thrust into the limelight by circumstances out of their control: a global pandemic: COVID. Their platform enables remote simultaneous interpretation for orgs like the UN, NATO, and the EU. These orgs needed to transition from in-person meetings to remote overnight, while maintaining simultaneous translation across every language. Interactio quickly became one of the most important apps in the world and they tapped Polyform for help.
USER TESTING & UX DESIGN FOR WORLD LEADERS IN ACTION.
World leaders meet in person and moving to remote quickly revealed UX friction that that impeded world leadership communicating at this pivotal moment in history. Polyform joined the in-house team at Interactio and in our Discovery Phase interviewed users, optimized user flows, and outlined a design system to unify their suite of tools and reduce friction for world leaders responding to crisis.
CROSS PLATFORM UX/UI TRANSFORMATION.
We ran our Design Phase alongside the Interactio team to design & implement a design system across their suite of communication tools. From the interpreter's interface, to the Zoom-style interface for meeting participants, to the technical moderation app used to control these meetings of world leaders, Polyform redesigned all of them in record time.
